The Sauna & Cold Plunge Cycle
A Cycle of Heat, Cold & Renewal
The cycle of heat and cold is at the heart of the WildEmber Bothy experience.
1️⃣ Heat – The sauna’s deep warmth slows the breath, loosens tension, and allows you to settle into the moment.
2️⃣ Cold – When the time feels right, step into the loch, the waterfall pool or our stream-fed bath to awaken your senses, boost circulation, and feel refreshed and alive.
3️⃣ Repeat – Whether you repeat the cycle once or multiple times, each plunge and return to heat offers something different—a personal reset, a moment of clarity, or the pure satisfaction of embracing the elements.

Rooted in Nature.
Designed for 8 - 10 people, the wood-fired sauna is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the elements. Here, the rhythm of heat, cold, and recovery follows the natural cycles that have existed for generations.
